This to inform you that as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations 2015 and code of the company the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all the board of directors the designate person and their immediate relatives including insider shall remain closed from 1st April 2025 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial result of the company for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. The date of the board meeting of the company for declaration of audited financial result of the company for the 4th quarter ended 31st March 2025 shall be intimated separately.
