Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 18th October, 2025 to Saturday, 25th October, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 01st Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company during the financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. |
