Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Please refer to our letter dated March 5, 2024 informing that Wipro s step-down subsidiary, Wipro IT Services LLC has entered into an agreement with General Motors and Magna International, to incorporate a new entity i.e., SDVerse LLC.In continuation to the aforesaid letter, it is informed that the said transaction has been completed on March 20, 2024.
