Tejas Networks has allotted 61,828 equity shares under ESOP on 29 January 2026. Consequent to the allotment of shares, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,77,60,45,930 /- divided into 17,76,04,593 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
