Manappuram Finance has approved the allotment of secured, non-cumulative, redeemable, listed, rated, non-convertible taxable debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees one lakh only) for an aggregate amount up to Rs. 500 crore on a private placement basis on 15 December 2025.
