IDFC First Bank has allotted 4,41,798 equity shares under ESOS on 11 September 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 73,38,68,50,730/- comprising of 7,33,86,85,073 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
