In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings Presentation inter-alia on the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year ended September 30 2025 of the Financial Year 2025-26 both on Standalone and Consolidated basis to be discussed during the Earnings Call scheduled to be held today i.e. Friday October 17 2025 at 03:30 p.m. It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. October 17 2025.
