This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday 20th March 2025 from 3:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia has considered the following matter: 1. Approved the matter of addition of certain terms and conditions in the Carried Interest Agreement and Deed of Assignment and Assumption executed on 10th October 2024 w.r.t. to transfer of portion of participating interest in certain oil fields from GOGL step down subsidiary to the Company and execution of supplemental agreement for the said purpose.
