KPIT Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that, Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on April 29, 2024 i.e. Today has approved Final Dividend of Rs. 4.60/- per equity share (i.e. 46 %) of face value of Rs. 10/-ï¿‚ï¾­ each, for the financial year 2023-24, subject to declaration of the same by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
