Intellect Design Arena has allotted 73,797 equity shares under ESOP on 19 September 2025. Consequently, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 69,58,28,250/- divided into 13,91,65,650 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
