Pursuant to the Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 10th October 2025 on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Manoj Nair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. 10th October 2025. The Board has also decided that Mr. Suramya Nevatia shall relinquish the Chair of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and shall continue as Chairman & Managing Director and will also continue as Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company.
