HDFC Bank has allotted 21,02,087 equity shares under ESOS on 19 August 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 7,67,49,37,674 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 7,67,70,39,761 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
