DCB Bank has allotted 38,400 equity shares under ESOP on 27 January 2026. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 321,744,917 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 321,783,317 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
