CARE Ratings has allotted 3,500 equity shares under ESOS. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 30,04,18,630/- consisting of 3,00,41,863 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 30,04,53,630/- consisting of 3,00,45,363 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
