Borosil Renewables has allotted 5,412 equity shares under ESOS on 30 September 2025.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 13,32,16,853 divided into 13,32,16,853 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
