The Board of InterGlobe Aviation at its meeting held on 12 March 2025 has approved an investment of upto Rs 394 crore (USD 45 million approximately), in one or more tranches, in the equity shares of InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
