Angel One has allotted 24,851 equity shares under Angel Broking Employee Long Term Incentive Plan 2021. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 908,803,300 comprising of 90,880,330 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
