Affle 3i has allotted 51,580 equity shares under ESOS on 10 July 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,280,432/- divided into 140,640,216 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
