Affle 3i has allotted 35,918 equity shares under ESOS on 17 December 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,426,268/- divided into 140,713,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
