Aadhar Housing Finance has allotted 4,49,499 equity shares under ESOP on 21 November 2025. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4,33,54,22,310 (43,35,42,231 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each).
