With reference to our letter No. ZAGGLE/24-25/125 dated December 5 2024 we have informed that Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into a Master Agreement dated December 4 2024 with Blink Commerce Private Limited (Blinkit). In continuation to the above we would like to inform you that Zaggle has entered into an Addendum 1 to the Master Agreement with Blinkit on September 10 2025.
