Upon the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board has unanimously approved the re-appointmnet of Mr. Punit Beriwala as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from April 01 2026 to March 31 2029 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting.
