Usha Martin Limited has informed the Exchange that in furtherance to our earlier communications dated 5th August 2023 and 3rd November 2023, we would now like to inform you that the Company has entered into an agreement with UGP Engineering Private Limited ('Buyer') on 21st August 2025 for transfer/sale of leasehold land admeasuring approximately 10.11 acres, along with structure(s), plant & machinery, etc. situated at Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu ('Sale').
