The board of Shri Keshav Cements And Infra on 6th January 2024 has approved the allotment of 3,50,000 Equity shares of Rs,10/- each of the Company, at a price of Rs. 130/- per Equity Share (including a Premium of Rs. 120 /- per Equity Share to Saint Capital Fund upon conversion of 3,50,000 Warrants allotted on a Preferential basis.
