We refer to our letter dated October 17, 2023 intimating your good office about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors.We now wish to inform you that the Board Meeting held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 stands adjourned as the financial results were not approved by the Audit Committee and the meeting of Audit Committee is adjourned till Wednesday, November 1, 2023.Therefore, the Board Meeting is also adjourned till on Wednesday November 1, 2023, which will be at the Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors.The results will be submitted after the same is approved by the Board in the adjourned meeting.
