Patanjali Foods has allotted 89,868 equity shares under ESOP on 28 January 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 217,58,36,226/- comprising of 108,79,18,113 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up.
