Proposal of Final Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to the Companys Code to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from March 20 2025 and till April 6 2025 (both days inclusive).
