In continuation to our intimation dated 08.05.2025 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 it is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday May 20 2025 (meeting commenced at 7:40 P.M. and concluded at 9.00 P.M.) had inter-alia considered and approved the Financial Results for quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 and recommendation of final dividend for FY 2024-25.
