The transaction, executed on the BSE at Rs 850.87 per share, represents a 4.2% stake in the company.

On the sell side, Nexus Ventures III offloaded 36.71 lakh shares (3.4%) at Rs 850.88, while Nexus Opportunity Fund II exited 13.29 lakh shares (1.23%) at Rs 850.85.

India Shelter provides affordable home loans and loan against property in Tier 2 and 3 geographies in India. It provides home loans to customers from low-and middle-income segments who are building or buying their first homes. The company has strong distribution moat with its Pan-India network in 15 states via 266 branches.

On a consolidated basis, net profit of India Shelter Finance Corporation rose 38.75% to Rs 108.13 crore while total income rose 33.96% to Rs 327.42 crore in Q4 March 2025 over Q4 March 2024.
