Gulf Oil Lubricants India has allotted 40,471 equity shares under ESOS on 27 February 2024.

In view of the above the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 9,83,36,866/-consisting of 4,91,68,433 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
