Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from the Office of the Commissioner of Central Tax Guntur Andhra Pradesh imposing penalty on the Company. The above mentioned order is related to GST on Outward supply pertaining to the Financial Year 2018-19. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13 2023 are enclosed herewith.
