Axis Bank has allotted 2,98,189 equity shares under ESOP on 17 February 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,212,761,072 (3,106,380,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,213,357,450 (3,106,678,725 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
