Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 1,16,249 equity shares under ESOS on 07 October 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,12,62,95,370 (i.e. 2,61,26,29,537 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
