Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30 2025. 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal (DIN: 00009526) as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from April 19 2026 till April 18 2029 on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee subject to approval of the Shareholders and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
