In continuation to our letter dated October 7 2025 intimating about the Board meeting to be held on October 17 2025 it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its Meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the following: Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal (DIN: 00009526) as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from April 19 2026 till April 18 2029 on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee subject to approval of the Shareholders and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
