The Bank has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from the services of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure.
