Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and a postgraduate from SPJIMR, Mumbai. He joins 360 ONE from Jefferies, where he has served as managing director and country head since April 2020 and has overseen the growth of the firm’s India franchise. He brings experience across capital markets, investment banking and asset management, along with institutional and investor relationships.

Karan Bhagat, currently managing director & CEO, will be appointed as vice chairman while continuing as managing director of the group. He will oversee group strategy, capital allocation and key client and institutional relationships. Yatin Shah, co-founder of 360 ONE, will continue to lead the company’s wealth management business.

The company’s consolidated net profit increased 16.11% to Rs 330.53 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 284.67 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations jumped 26.85% YoY to Rs 1,226.09 crore in Q1 FY27.
