Walchandnagar Industries Limited announced it has received an order from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) on August 19, 2026, for the fabrication, proof pressure testing, and supply of HS200 Motorcase Segments for the Gaganyaan program. The contract, spanning four years from its commencement date, is valued at Rs 3,053 lakhs plus GST, with raw materials to be provided by VSSC as Free Issue Materials. Walchandnagar Industries confirmed that no additional tooling costs will be incurred by VSSC and that the order does not involve related party transactions.
