The order, received on August 5, 2026, also includes two years of operation and maintenance services and is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28. The aggregate order size is valued at 210MWp (150MWac), and SHEPL is a step-down subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, resulting in the transaction being classified as a related party transaction conducted at arm’s length.
