Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.65% to Rs 467.65 after the company's net profit grew slightly 4.91% to Rs 173.36 crore, while revenue from operations increased 11.24% to Rs 1718.34 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 12.67 lakh crore, easing 9.56%. It has improved by 7.34% over last one week and moved up slightly by 1.43% in last one month while the market capitalization of Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd has marginally improved by 8.45% and 16.82% in the same period respectively.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd stood at Rs 232.77 crore in Q3 FY26, jumping 20.96% year-on-year, and gaining 6.09% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 252 crore, surging by 23.30% YoY and rising 5.96% sequentially.

Total expenses rose by 12.01% to Rs 1484.79 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1136.55 crore, advancing by 10.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 93.56 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 2.99% YoY.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 10.50% to Rs 5403.98 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 9.26% to Rs 604.36 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 77822% to Rs 866.52 crore, and PBT expanded by 11.28% to Rs 815.51 crore compared to previous TTM.

The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1429.48 crore in FY26, as against Rs 562.39 crore in FY25.

Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd declined by 4.79% in last one year, performing in line with the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 4.80% during the same period.
