Satia Industries Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) and India Ratings affirmed ratings on its various instruments, including bank loan facilities aggregating to 6,990, commercial paper up to 350 for a tenure of up to 365 days, bank facilities maturing on or before July 29, 2026, proposed commercial paper maturing on or before July 29, 2026, and proposed non-convertible debentures up to 1,000; the ratings are IND A+/Stable/IND A1+ for the bank loan facilities and commercial paper, IND A+/Stable for the proposed non-convertible debentures, with the rating on the bank loan facilities representing a carved-out and sub-limit of existing fund-based working capital limits, while the rating for the proposed commercial paper also represents a carved-out and sub-limit of existing fund-based working capital limits, and the rating actions were issued pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, with no other rating agencies involved and no rating data present beyond the listed instruments.
