The issue opened for bidding on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 and it will close on Thursday, 3 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 227 per share to 239 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 62 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 125 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 125 crore.
