The work order, received on October 13, 2026, requires completion by May 10, 2027, and carries a total value of Rs 48,97,80,255 (including tax). The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
