R S Software (India) Ltd. announced the appointment of Bo Mikael Langseth Nilsson as an additional and non-executive director, effective October 28, 2026. Nilsson, who has experience as a fintech entrepreneur and advisor, most recently served as CEO & Founder of November First, a company that was acquired by Visma in August 2024. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting or within three months.
