The initial public offer of Purple Style Labs Ltd IPO received bids for 88,54,898 units as against 68,49,816 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:08 IST on Wednesday (2 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.29 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 31 August 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 2 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 546 per share to 575 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 26 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 680 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 680 crore.
