The renewed agreement is valued at AUD 30 million, which equates to approximately Rs 204 Crores based on an exchange rate of Rs 68.52 per AUD, and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from the company's promoters or group entities. The effective date of the agreement is August 24, 2026.
