The contract, awarded by an international entity based in the United Kingdom, spans a period of 3.5 years and involves Newgen’s Enterprise Content Management OmniDocs and Customer Communications Management platform (OmniOMS), along with managed cloud services. The company confirmed that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
