Midland Polymers Limited announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in JMRCLEAN Energy Private Limited, an EPC and energy-generation company, through a share swap, allotting 73,78,350 equity shares to shareholders of the selling company. The company also approved the allotment of 79,73,518 equity shares for cash consideration and 91,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to non-promoter public category investors. JMRCLEAN, incorporated in December 2024, reported a turnover of Rs 713.96 crore as of December 31, 2025, and manages a Rs 1,550 crore order book.
