Keystone Realtors Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies, including ICRA, reaffirming its Issuer Rating of Rs. 1,000 Crore with a rating of [ICRA]AA-(Stable) and reaffirming Long Term – Fund Based – Term Loans at Rs. 395.00, Long Term -Fund Based -Overdraft at Rs. 4.10, and Long Term - unallocated at Rs. 600.90, all carrying a rating of [ICRA]AA-(Stable); ICRA also reaffirmed ratings for Term Loans at Rs. 395.00 and Rs. 95.00, Overdraft - Fund Based at Rs. 4.10, Unallocated - Fund Based at Rs. 600.90, and Non-convertible Debentures totaling Rs. 245.00 and Rs. 40.00, alongside assigning a rating of [ICRA]AA-/ (Stable) to proposed Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 385 Crore and reaffirming existing Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 285 Crore; additionally, ICICI Bank Limited Term Loans of Rs. 95.00 and Rs. 300.00 were assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA-(Stable), The Zoroastrian Cooperative Bank Limited OverDraft Facilities were assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA -(Stable), and SEBI reaffirmed ratings for Non -Convertible Debentures of Rs. 385.00, with all ratings subject to review and further details available on ICRA’s website (www.icra.in).
