The Government of India (GoI) has announced the sale of three government securities: (i) “6.20% GS 2029” for Rs 11,000 crore, (ii) “6.57% GS 2033” for Rs 11,000 crore, and (iii) New GS 2056 for Rs 10,000 crore. The auction will use a multiple price method. Bids, both competitive and non-competitive, must be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (e-Kuber system) on September 11, 2026. GoI can retain an additional subscription of up to ?2,000 crore for each security.
